A Walk You Would Like To Do Again
I'm from a catholic family. We used to go to church every sunday and take part at every ceremony. Actually, my mom is still part of the church choir. So at special events, we went in procession to a grotto near the town. It's located next to the highway that connect Lastarria and Loncoche (known as La Cuesta de Lastarria, there had been a lot of car accidents), in the 9th region. I never knew how far it was from Lastarria to the grotto, but since the way is very steep and I don't have that much stamina, I always got tired. Going with the people from the town was fine (it´s a very small town, so we weren't a lot anyways), but I rather liked to go just with my family. We used to talk and sometimes I played in the way (then i got really exhausted). At both sides of the highway there are a lot of trees and sometimes some houses. The air used to be covered with the smell of the eucaliptus, and there were seeds everywhere. At the top, in the grotto, we used to put candles, pray a while, and then go down returning home. It's kind of funny, as the way is easy but your legs are still tired. A few years ago I stopped going to church regullarly, and I think I haven´t prayed since then, though sometimes I accompany my family at anyversaries and Christmass. More than a matter of religion, I remember those times for spending time with my brother and parents, specially now that I moved away due to studying, so I think I'm going to invite them this summer. Didn't find a picture of the highway itself, but here is one watching to the town.
A Book
Hi guys
I never really liked reading, maybe because I hadn't find something that I was interested in. The last year I started reading books because a friend recomended it to me. I read The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, both from Dan Brown (actually I read them in the wrong order lol). They were fine, but not really THAT fine. But a few months ago, I saw an image about Cthulhu. I had heard the name and things about it, but never found something clear ( I remember that my grandparents had a dog called Cthulhu haha). So I searched and found that the origin was in the books of Howard Phillips Lovecraft, starting by The Call of Cthulhu. Obviously I started reading it, and then other novels and short novels from the same author related to this fictional mythology. Cthulhu is a deity from a race from space called the Great Old Ones. They lived long ago and were very huge. The remnants of this culture are supposedly sank in the ocean. The descriptions of lovecraft are really awesome and shocking. He talks about green stone structures, putrefactive smells and people going crazy and hearing voices in unknown languages that talk about the great Cthulhu and the city of R'lyeh, something like "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn". The interesting fact is that Lovecraft wrote more than fiction. He said that there are things in this world (and in the universe) that we don´t know, and someday, when we find it, all the truth will be revealed, giving a "chance" to connect this fiction to reality. In the beggining, I wasn´t really sure about reading books written more than 70 years ago, but now I can say they are a lot better than many other books written in this century.

Something I Would Like to Learn
Hi,
When I was young I wasn´t really fond of music, but I now that I growed up I love it. I like to hear it, but I would rather like to play it. It's a pitty that I hadn't this interest before, since I don't really have time (neither money to buy an instrument). Although, I'm planning to buy a violin when I end studying ( wish I'll have more time, but I'm not really sure), since I think it's really cool. People say is better to learn how to play an instrument when you are a child, but I think it´s okay if it's just a hobby. A violinist that I really admire it's Lindsey Stirling. Her songs mix dubstep and electro music with violin, wich is really nice. She also dance very good while playimg the violin ( I'm a really bad dancer so I admire her twice). Here is a video of a song that I like the most
By the other side, I always liked drawing. I'm good at drawing from pictures, but I don´t have enough imagination to draw original things. Since I love Manga I started practising time ago, and I learned the basics, though I need to improve. But it's been a while since that ( I think, about 4 months ago). Again, a matter of time. I love Ishida Sui's work, Tokyo Ghoul. I think is the best that I have read.

A Holiday
Hi!
This time I'm going to talk about the time that I went to Caburgua, in the 9th Region. I remember that my uncle and my aunt got a cottage for a week, near the lake, so they invited my parents, my brother and me to go. There were my cousins too. We stayed just 3 days, but I had a lot of fun. Right outside the cottage there was a tree that I liked to climb on, and in the afternoon we used to play cards, so I never got bored.

I remember a day that we went walking. We walked through the whole beach, and got to an area with a lot of rocks. I misstepped and hurted my leg, that got all bloody. We returned so my aunt could treat the wound. I think that the day I most enjoyed was the last one. In the morning it was cloudy, but we decided to go to the beach anyways. While we were swimming and playing, it started to rain. It was a little weird since there was water up and down and was a little cold, but still I had a lot of fun. We had to return then because my cousin was getting a cold, so I was a little upset, but had to obey. My family and I travelled the next day, due to my father's job. We had some setbacks, but that were the holidays that I most enjoyed.
A Website
Hi guys,
Today I'll write about my favourite website, Facebook. When I was younger I wasn´t really fond of the Internet and websites, so I hadn´t a Facebook account. But at some summer vacations, my friends said: hey, why don´t you create a Facebook? That way we will be able to talk even if you don´t come (I lived in another city, 60 kilometres away from my school). So I created it, and I´m glad I did, since i moved to Santiago to Study in the University and I can´t see my friends often. I visit Facebook everyday, and I have a lot of fun, because my friends like to post jokes and memes.
There are people that say that Facebook is a waste of time, but I don't really think so. Is true that is just for entertainment and it´s not really productive, and if you don´t have self control you are going to spend a lot of time. But if you know how much time do you have and cand spend, it's quite nice. I talk almost everyday with my best friend, share thoughts about new experiences in University and things like that. When I´m bored I can also see page posts about anything and laugh a little.
